Deforestation has climate impacts and poses a serious risk for the sustainability of the agricultural sector.
Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance have joined forces with the aim of better visualizing and assessing deforestation risk in locations where our certified producer organizations are located and how it evolves over time, in order to develop strategies to combat deforestation and support sustainable livelihoods for farmers and workers.
